Description: Each unit is a warehouse shell that can be outfitted for any type of manufacturing, from commercial kitchens, warehouse space, production space or packaging. Units range tenants will enjoy the ability to use a community loading zone that can accommodate 2 transport trucks at a time. Having multiple manufacturing suites in one building will allow for tenants to work together when needed to support each other, all while separating each unit with their own garage door, man door & private washroom facilities.
Inclusions :
A community forklift for those who are fully certificated to use it will be available for tenants. Video surveillance of the exterior building & community zones, as well as alarm systems will be active. Key Card access to community hallway will be provided to all tenants, and each key card will then allow access to their unit only. Each unit will be 100% on its own electrical & heating units. Tenants will be responsible for their units heating and electric bills.
